Allan Martin - Georgetown, Ontario
He received a text message from his wife one hour before he arrived at hole #6 while participating in The Cancer Research Golf Tournament at Glen Eagle Golf Club reading “Hole-in-One” “Have a great day!” The rest was history, on Sept 19, 2009 Allan Martin sunk a 160 yard shot to win a $10,000 prize. The policy had been issued through Brokers Trust Insurance Group Inc. in Concord, Ontario.
Michael Reeves – Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Mike Reeves had participated in the East Harts Sportsplex 6th Annual Golf tournament at the Links at Penn Hills on Sept 17, 2009. His tee shot found the cup at hole# 8 to win him a $10,000 cash prize which had been generously donated by Caldwell-Roach Agencies Ltd in Truro, Nova Scotia.

On June 5, 2008, at the 14th hole at Idylwylde Golf & Country Club in Sudbury, Stéphane Méthot from Caisse Populaire d'Alban Ltée, sunk a 185 yard shot to win the $10,000 hole-in-one prize. The prize was generously donated by Dynamic Insurance Brokers of Sudbury to the Canada Mortgage & Housing and Sudbury Home Builders Annual Golf Tournament.

Sept 23, 2008 while attending the Ian Lagatt, McDonald’s Charity Golf Tournament at The Club at Bond Head, Mr. Derda on the North Course, hole# 11, made the perfect swing to sink a 170 yard shot that won him a Hole-in-One prize valued at $32,075.00. Pratte Morrissette Inc from Québec City was the broker for this policy and Sanimax Marketing Ltd. was the hole sponsor.
Bill Schwab - Medicine Hat, Alberta
He changed his club from a 7 to a 6 iron on May 6 of 2008 while participating in the Tourism Medicine Hat/Medicine Hat Chamber of Commerce golf tournament. He was on hole #4 at Medicine Hat Golf & Country Club, 174 yards out and made the shot, he collected $10,000 cash in prize money! Bill sent a good portion of the money to Ronald McDonald house for children in loving memory of his brother’s sister-law who had passed away from breast Cancer. Presenting the cheque to our winner is Garry Hesch of Cypress Insurance.
